It is not looking very good for Talk Talk with Ofcom convening an emergency summit to review contingency plans it has in place for a supplier collapse, Talk Talk is the fourth largest broadband provider. Plans are to use a "supplier of last resort" which could mean BT or Vodafone be appointed to take over the companies customer base.
