Mindblowing but I guess he will, at some point, break whatever the conditions are and get a proper punishment.
Not guaranteed of course. Many years ago I caught a branch manager with his fingers in the till. He was eventually prosecuted, he skipped off to Australia. Got word he was on a flight back ( not going to disclose how) tipped off the Police and they were waiting for him at Heathrow.
He had done something similar before and was on a suspended sentence. The judge let him off with another suspended sentence because he had been held on remand while waiting trial. | |
