"Quite a thing" is quite a broad comment - it looks awful. I've never seen it before, but would assume it's more for darts than anything else - certainly wouldn't be a training top.
Bizarre choice to go with black text on the back rather than white... but what would I know?!

The black text is completely redundant as the badge has the words "Ipswich Town Football Club" very clearly laid out just above the black text "Ipswich Town FC".

Had it said "Come on you Blues" or "Don't Get Stuck in a Corner" then there would be some justification for adding extra text.

Eurgh! It's horrible! I'd rather wear an Evans Era Magic Vegas shirt, or have a Power gen ringpiece on my chest.
