| Pubs for Man City 09:34 - Oct 14 with 1183 views | PhilTWTD | Someone's asked me where Town fans are likely to be en masse before Saturday's match. Are there designated away pubs for the Etihad? | | | | |
| Pubs for Man City on 09:43 - Oct 14 with 1109 views | Mullet | I wouldn't have thought that there is anywhere around there you'd want to drink. Best bet is the Northern Quarter and get a bus/tram/walk down to the ground. Loads of great bars and pubs round there for all different tastes and price points. | |

Cheers. Didn't strike me as an area where there would be too many pubs for fans to congregate. | | | |
| Pubs for Man City on 09:57 - Oct 14 with 1015 views | ITFC_Forever | There’s a couple suggested on the Grounds Guide site: https://footballgroundguide.co A passing City fan who added his bit to the thread about them yesterday also said away fans would be welcome in their new Fanzone. | |

| Pubs for Man City on 10:00 - Oct 14 with 979 views | _CliveBaker_ | The Cheetah's Arms. 115 beers on tap. No food though, the only cooking you'll find there is of books. | | | |

| Pubs for Man City on 13:00 - Oct 14 with 522 views | Freddies_Ears | There is an updated pub section in the ITFC away guide: https://www.itfc.co.uk/support There are 100+ pubs & bars in the Northern Quarter between Piccadilly Gardens (near the station) and the ground. If you find one not welcoming, there will be another that is fine, within a few yards. The guide does not mention the brilliant Port Street Beer House, as it is not reliably away-friendly, but if you're not in colours it's a great pub. Pub to ground is 25-30 mins walk, a bit uphill. Trams obvs get very busy from 1pm onwards. Crafty tip, if you have time, is to drink in one of the brilliant bars around Deansgate tram station as it is easy to get on a tram from there to the ground [ tram gets rammed from St Peters Square]. Real ale fans will love Cask on Liverpool Road or the historic Britons Protection. | | | |
