Amazing insight into a football team with players from both sides of the sectarian devide and how the conflict affected the players and their families. In amazing personal testaments of mainly pain and grief on both sides, Raymond McCords story stands out.
I spotted that myself and was reminded of it when viewing the documentary. Different but essentially the same. The enormous power of togetherness that can be created by a football team is amazing. What a shame we can't have a MLA football team in Northern Ireland or a Knesset team in Israel.
