Q47 How do you rate their quality/speed of service?

And the quality and speed of service isn't up to much either, judging by this result, which is even worse than last year when 41.5 per cent voted either 'very poor' or 'poor' compared to this year's 48.9 per cent.

Bergholtblue added 14:37 - Jun 21 Steve...... They obviously left their seat 10 minutes before the half time whistle and got there first.

Eiffel78 added 14:12 - Jun 24 Tricky one to answer. I always leave my seat as soon as he whistle goes, some days I can be back within 5 minutes, others I'm rushing back in danger of missing the start of the second half. It all depends which staff are on.
