It isn't necessary to make the perfect signings. We need to get bodies in and we need to get value for our money.
Some of our most important players last year were signed while in League One and preceded McKenna's arrival. Nobody could have foreseen how Burns or Morsy would progress under McKenna.

Yeah, definitely gotten some things correct previously. Feels like this is walking away from Smodzics as the utility forward, leaves room for 1-2 big signings at left 10 and striker if desired. Really then need to focus on 1 if not 2 CMs | | | |

I'd liken him to Sarmiento more than Jackson but added experience to have more of an impact from the start. Watched him largely for Rangers so must be slightly cautious but looked very good and direct. | |
