Probably the only good thing about the whole fiasco was it happening during an international break. Had we had a ga.e within 5 days of VeryRealConcernsgate it might have been a different vibe in the stands.

I did think that was an option.

But I've spent the last few days saying that with each passing day I think less and less people care. Grow Your Own then linked the same set of polls and told me over two thirds of the fan base wanted Ashton out. Also been hearing endlessly about protests and Ashton out chants. I was also trying to encourage Rommers to attend as I have thought the predictions from many were way OTT.

Those nasty Brum fans were singing nonstop "Nigel Farage is one of your own", as some Town fans warned us they would - nope they didn't.

Chatting to a couple of Brum fans walking to the ground from the station, said they weren't aware of any news re Farage visiting Town.
