Another positive about the last result or two 14:15 - Apr 14 with 780 views

We haven't had any further aggy threads about *that* visit by he who should not be named.

You can almost go three pages through the forum before any reference to him.

I did think that if results went well, and things were looking up, the issue would largely be forgotten.

I do acknowledge that for some individuals it is far from forgotten.

Also by posting this I am potentially dragging it back up to the top of the forum for another round. But I haven't named anyone at least. Hey ho.

I took the train from Melton into town for the Birmingham game. Rammed full of Town fans, ditto the pub I went to. Didn't hear it mentioned once, which surprised me but then again there is sometimes a large gap between Twitter/X and reality.

It's not forgotten, nor is it forgiven. It might have been had Ashton been capable of making a proper apology quickly.

Ashton's actions - along with his largely unchecked power at the club - remain a big concern and not just to fans.
