Joined in August 2000 after impressing in the Euros, virtually didn't kick a ball for Town (or for Palace when on loan) but still got picked for Slovenia when they had a decent team & started all 3 of their games in the 2002 World Cup. I thought a couple of the Curacao attackers looked quite useful against Germany but they're both in & out of the team at Boro & the Blunts so they're probably not that good.
