Or, Leeds United and their pitch invasion which stopped their game with Town in 2007. The FA promised an inquiry, but dithered endlessly and did nothing, presumably because they felt Leeds had been punished enough by being relegated & getting a 15 point deduction the next season for Bates's tactical administration.
