We have plenty of left sided attackers in front of him.
The 10 position: Enciso seems nailed down. Then SWE as he's had a good pre-season but I wouldn't say he's completely nailed down a spot as second choice. Clarke has been played there, but isn't great there. Nunez also an option, but better IMO as an 8. Akpom is much better as a 9 and, currently, we have only 2 9's. Mehmeti could well have a chance as back up to Enciso.
We need a 9, but I think there's a big gap in quality after Enciso in the 10 position. |  | | |

If true that's madness. I know players earn vast sums in the Prem. Harland for instance is on 500k a week.
Whilst I know footballers have a shorter career than most, maybe 18/19 to mid 30's and if you are super fit and look after yourself like Messi or Ronaldo then it's possible to last until 40 years of age. But that is extremely unusual.
But even on £25,000 a week and having a reasonable career, investing sensibly for your future there's no reason why a player should be broke in his 50's or 60's. But then we know some are. | | | |

I’m sorry but he has no chance of getting into final 25 man PL squad. We are still looking to add to the squad and so some players will have to leave and he is one of them. Struggled in the championship at times last season so don’t see how he believes he has a chance to play in PL. I think GON will have a word with him and tell him to accept a move. He might go out on loan before transfer window closes instead of permanently it ultimately he needs to leave and play regularly on the championship which in all honesty is his level | | | |

But even if he is loaned to the Championship and they only pay half his wages, we are obliged to pay the other half. Financially, it won't affect him adversely. It just comes down to whether he wants to play or not, but as others have said, he has zero chance of making the squad if we get the additions we are after. He's a decent Championship player, and that's his level. |  |

Yeah, I think it's in regard to bomb squads.
Players must be able to fully train with the first team, have all first team medical facilities made available to them etc.

Yeah, saw a much more specific article on it, but that's the basics. I was actually convinced by others that it was a much bigger thing that could be used pretty widely. Was originally saying it was bobbins myself. Maybe I ran with it too far, but thought it was an interesting premise. Constructive dismissal or whatever, not having the opportunity to do your job, but equally not being allowed to leave to your desired employer. Okay, not that in this case, but it always gets me thinking now.
