Whether it was handball or not, the biggest concern was not being able to do the basics for much of the second half. We couldn't pass, mark or track. It was really worrying to watch. | |

Totally changed the game. Pathetic rule but that's not the ref's doing. After that we were ragged. Diop and Greaves are susceptible to a ball over the top. Diop especially can get caught pushing up out of position. He did not impress me today. Emerson was not at the races and if we do not get another competitive 9 then all the great work this window could be undermined. Oh, and Dara is not a right back.
Lots of positives though. Enciso great, Fatawu has it in him, Nunez, slip aside was good. Lukic OK, Palacious OK, Maeda OK. Great goal by Leif.

It's all ifs, buts and maybe....but if we weather the onslaught for another 10-15 minutes, maybe United lose confidence, fans get restless, atmosphere changes, etc...
Man United were relentless 2nd half and deserve the 3 points. However the game turns on 2 massively unfortunate incidents when Nunez slips and the weird handball decision/rule. Man United grew in confidence with both of those and we shrunk into ourselves. Still more important to look at ourselves and how we handle those situations though as there will always be setbacks in football. |  | | |
