Would probably be considered a deliberate hand ball and would be disallowed. The reason the current rule exists is to cure the issue where a tiny and clearly accidental handball by a player who doesn’t score caused a goal to be disallowed. Was meant to prevent some of the situations that happened early on with VAR where goals were being disallowed for ridiculous reasons. Clearly not working as intended though - the fact that Maguire’s goal was allowed shows it’s wrong. And to be honest I think it should have been considered a deliberate handball anyway, arms clearly not in a natural position.
