It's got be a toss up between Fulham and Everton although I'm not sure what Palace have done but keeping Wharton probably saves it for them.

Everton got Hackney early but then sold players with no replacements. Grealish back there I guess to smooth things over.

Fulham have signed 3 Madrid youngsters, 2 completely unproven and one already been slagged off by some of the support for being lightweight and ineffective. Wait til they see the latest one! Looks like Fulham are in for a scrap at the bottom, Palace may join them then there's always another, maybe someone like Forest.

Can't remember Bournemouth doing much. They got a new CB to replace the lad that went to Spurs and a second choice keeper. Can't remember them doing much more than that. With European football this season, thought they might have done more.
