So when are our distant internationals returning? - important for Fulham? 10:20 - Oct 4 with 1147 viewsunstableblue

Palacios plays at 00:00 Weds against Benin in Argentina, so assume returns Thurs? think that's the one that worries me most. Key player. Significant time zone shift.

I think Paraguay finished their ties against Columbia yesterday, so Enciso will be on his way back already.

Japan are playing New Zealand in Tokyo tomorrow, Monday. So maybe Maeda back by Weds, long commute.

Ghana's game in Morocco today has been cancelled, so Fatawu travelling back already. But of course banned for Fulham anyway.

Nunez I assume has been back at playford road for a bit, after leaving the Chilian camp.

Do think these late finished and long distances are a factor, and may effect Fulham. Certainly we've never been great at Town post international breaks, and that's been less to do with large internation cohorts and long distance travel.

Perhaps Palacios will be rested and a start for Florentino. Lukic only a sub for Serbia against Germany, expect same today against the Dutch, and its a short journey back.

Thoughts? who have I missed?

But good news Morocco last game today so he’ll be back to town early

To meet up with new dad and central defensive partner Daragh

I think the hardest ask is for Dara to be refreshed and physically mentally after the traumatic two weeks he has had captaining the Irish team. To cap it all ( pardon the pun ) has to stay in UK awaitingthe arrival of a baby while worrying about getting to a match.
